The morning walk keeps us fit and healthy. We do not fall easy prey to the sufferings Morning time is the best time. The atmosphere is cool and calm. The birds are singing songs. They are a welcoming nature.

Walking is the best exercise. It costs a little. You have to leave your bed only. Then make your way to the nearest garden or the park. Have a round or two of the park. The morning walk keeps you happy and cheerful. 

You are an active person throughout the day. You are not lazy at all. You are free from worry and concern if your body is o.k.
